ANALISIS KETEPATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PRAKTIK SECARA DARING UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI STMIK WIDYA UTAMA

Abstract


The Covid-19 pandemic, which has attacked countries in the world, presents its own challenges for educational institutions, especially universities. According to the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Higher Education No. 4 of 2020, universities prohibit universities from carrying out face-to-face (conventional) lectures and order to hold lectures or learning online. Online learning is a face-to-face learning system that uses an internet connection, which allows teachers and students to interact. Some students have difficulty in understanding the material presented, such as courses that require practicum so that these factors affect the level of accuracy of online practicum learning media. In general, practicum learning is carried out face-to-face in the appropriate laboratory or practicum place using the necessary tools. STMIK Widya Utama is a private university that teaches computer learning where many lectures require students to do practicum online during the pandemic. STMIK Widya Utama uses the Zoom Meeting application and Google Classroom for online learning media in practicum. Some of the obstacles experienced by students are limited practicum facilities, lack of understanding of technology, and the material presented is not easy to understand. This research uses the algorithm contained in Data Mining, namely the C4.5 algorithm for classification and uses RapidMiner 9.10 to form a decision tree. The result of this study is the Google Classroom application with the factor "With Google Classroom there are many examples / variations of practicum material methods that can be used" with the smallest entropy value is 0.2580 and an accuracy value of 90.67%, while the Zoom Meeting application with the factor "Using the zoom meeting application saves more data packages" with an entropy value of 0.3228 and an accuracy value of 79.11%.
