Abstract


Penelitian dengan judul “Nilai pH dan Daya Busa Sabun Padat dengan Penambahan Susu Kambing” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Februari 2022 sampai dengan tanggal 9 April 2022 di Laboratorium Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan susu kambing pada sabun padat terhadap nilai pH dan daya busa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diberikan sebanyak 4 perlakuan yaitu P0 (tanpa penambahan susu kambing), P1 (penambahan susu kambing 10%), P2 (penambahan susu kambing 15%), P3 (penambahan susu kambing 20%) dengan masing-masing pelakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai pH dan daya busa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rataan nilai pH (P0 : 12,43), (P1 : 11,82), (P2 : 11,45), (P3 : 10,74) dan rataan daya busa (P0 : 0,22), (P1 : 0,29), (P2 : 0,50), (P3 : 0,42). Kemudian data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan analisis variansi yang menunjukan hasil penambahan susu kambing dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda secara statistika berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap nilai pH dan daya busa.

Abstract
The research entitled "Ph Value and Foaming Power of Solid Soap with the Addition of Goat's Milk" was carried out from February 23, 2022 to April 9, 2022 at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Wijayakusuma University, Purwokerto. This study aims to determine the effect of adding goat's milk to solid soap on the pH value and foaming power. The research method used is an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments given were 4 treatments, namely P0 (without adding goat's milk), P1 (10% addition of goat's milk), P2 (15% addition of goat's milk), P3 (20% addition of goat's milk) with each treatment repeated 5 times. . The parameters measured in this study were the pH value and foam power. The results showed the average pH value (P0: 12.43), (P1: 11.82), (P2: 11.45), (P3: 10.74) and the average foam power (P0: 0.22), ( P1 : 0,29), (P2 : 0,50), (P3 : 0,42). Then the data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance which showed that the addition of goat's milk with different concentrations had a statistically very significant effect (P<0.01) on the pH value and foaming power.
