ANALISIS KINERJA PEMBIMBING KEMASYARAKATAN DI WILAYAH KALIMANTAN BARAT

Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelaksanaan Resolusi Pemasyarakatan diharapkan menjalankan fungsinya secara memadai, agar agenda Resolusi Pemasyarakatan tersebut dapat tercapai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini mengukur kinerja Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di Wilayah Kalimantan Barat dengan mengacu pada dua dimensi, yang terdiri dari Task Performance dan Contextual Performance. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi dalam bentuk nilai rata-rata dan dalam bentuk kategori yang terdiri dari kinerja sangat baik, kinerja baik, kinerja tidak baik dan kinerja sangat tidak baik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari dimensi Task Performance Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di Wilayah Kalimantan Barat termasuk kategori kinerja baik. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari sebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi Task Performance dalam kategori kinerja baik. Sejalan dengan dimensi Task Performance, hasil dari dimensi Contextual Performance Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan di Wilayah Kalimantan Barat juga termasuk dalam kategori kinerja baik. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari sebaran jawaban responden terhadap dimensi Contextual Performance dalam kategori kinerja baik.

Abstract

Probation Officer as the front guard in implementing the Correctional Resolution is expected to carry out its duties properly, so that the agenda of the Correctional Resolution program can be achieved. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in this study were all Probation Officers in the West Kalimantan region. This study assessed the performance of Probation Officers in the West Kalimantan region by referred to the two dimensions that consists of Task Performance and Contextual Performance.  Data analysis used frequency distribution analysis in the form of average values and in the form of categories that consists of best performance, good performance, bad performance and worst performance.

The results shows that viewed from the Task Performance dimension of Probation Officer in West Kalimantan region is included in good performance category. This can be seen from the spread of respondent’s answers to the Task Performance dimension is in good performance category. Similar with the Task Performance dimension, the result from the Contextual Performance dimension of Probation Officer in West Kalimantan region included in productive category too. This can be seen from the spread of respondents answers to the Contextual Performance dimension is in productive category.
